5. Email Delivery (WP Mail SMTP)

For the technical delivery of emails from this website, the WP Mail SMTP plugin is used. Emails are sent via the SMTP server of my hosting provider. WP Mail SMTP is not used on this website to store email logs or email content.

6. Video Sessions

For conducting online sessions, I use the service RED connect provided by RED Medical Systems GmbH.

RED connect is a certified provider for video consultations and ensures end-to-end encrypted communication. The connection is established directly between the participants’ devices. Sessions are not recorded.

To join a video session, an individual access link is created and sent to you in advance via email.

The use of RED connect is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

7. Security Measures (Really Simple Security)

This website uses the plugin Really Simple Security to protect against unauthorized access and cyberattacks.
